Urgent support questions should always be sent by email to support@feedblitz.com - these are always dealt with before knowledge base questions.  If you have any comments or freedback on this part ofo FeedBlitz or any part of the site, please write to us or use the survey / feedback form at the end of each knowledge base posting.

At the top right of each knowledge base page is an RSS icon.  You may subscribe to the Knowledge Base and be notified of all the changes we make as the knowledge base grows.
